Ingredients :Plant contains tannins and mucilage.
Ailment Treated:Leaf extract is used in dysentery and jaundice. Fruit is applied in peptic ulcer, diarrhoea and dysentery. Decoction of leaves are used in urinary problems (scanty of urination).
Source:Wild in valley areas but population has been declined to a great extend.
