Ingredients :Plants contain lantadene A, lantadene B and lantanine.
Ailment Treated:Leaf juice along with little common salt and soda is used in constipation and injuries to stop bleeding. Decoction of fresh root is a good gargle. Powdered leaves are used for ulcers and swellings. Infusion of leaf is used in fever, eczema and skin eruptions. Fruits are used in tumours and rheumatism.
Source:Cultivated as hedge or wild in waste lands.
