Ingredients :The leaves are rich in potassium salts. The flowers contian amino acids, aspartic acid, glycine, alanine, flavonoids, apigenin 7-glucoronide, luteoline, anthocyanin, glucose and fructose.
Ailment Treated:Leaf paste along with little honey is given in cough. The leaves paste are applied against snake-bite. Decoction of leaf is given in stomach complaints.
