Mode of Preparation :Fresh fruit crushed and squeezed for juice. Juice is boiled with little common salt. Root crushed for paste and mixed with water.

Ingredients :Fruits are rich in vitamin, riboflavin and vitamin C and contains Iodine. Seed kernels yield a semi-drying oil.
Ailment Treated:Fruit decoction with common salt is given in fever and cough. Root paste in water is useful in cough.
