Mode of Preparation :The succulent fasciculated root is taken in adequate water for decoction preparation. Young stems are eaten green or bleached after boiling, also used in soup preparation.

Ingredients :Asparagus contains sterolidal glycosides, bitter glycosides, asparagenes and flavonoids. Asparagines is a strong diuretic.
Ailment Treated:The decoction of the succulent fasciculated roots is used for improve urine flow, jaundice, cardiac dropsy, epilepsy, dysentery, chronic gout and easy child delivery.
