Ingredients :Leaves and floral parts contain hemtriacontane, hemtriacontanone, lupeol and its acetate, friedelin, b-caryophyllene, a-bergamolene, 1,8-cineole,a-copaene, sabinene and terpinin-4-ol.
Ailment Treated:Dry seeds soaked in water for an hour and applied in boils and injuries for early suppuration. Roots are chewed with betal nuts as a stomachic. Plant is stimulant, carminative, sudorific and lactogogue. Leaf juice is used in cuts and wounds.
