Ingredients :Plant contains arabinose, mannose, glucose, phenolic glucoside ester, steroid and b-litosterol.
Ailment Treated:The ash of the bark is used in gonorrhoea. The fruits and seeds are used as laxative and cooling. Leaves and young shoots are purgative and applied in wounds and skin disease. Bark infusion is used in scabies. The latex is good for neuralgia, inflammation and haemorrhages. The dry fruit pulverized is taken with water that claims curing asthma.
