Ingredients :Rich in starch, carbohydrate, fat, thiamine, riboflavin, nicotinic acid, panthotenic acid, etc. are reported from the plant.
Ailment Treated:Grain decoction is given to infants. Grain infusion is used as hair lotion for scalp care and tenderness of hairs. The roots are cooling, diuretic, febrifuge and diabetes.
