Ailment Treated:Leaf extract is used in cold & cough, fever and dysentery. Semi-dried stem fumes useful to cure asthma and bronchitis. Root used in rheumatism and dyspepsia. Seeds used in dropsy.
Source:Localized wild habitat in hilly areas/ hillocks. Rare and can be cultivated in the plain areas with luxuriant growth.
