Ingredients :Plant contains two sterols – egosta-7, 22-dien-3b, 5a, 6b- triol and 3-0-b-D-glucopyranosyl-ergosta-7, 22 – dien-5a, 6b- diol. Methanolic extrat yielded flavonol glycosides.
Ailment Treated:The boiled soup of the plant is regarded as one of the best medicine for treatment of jaundice in the traditional system.
Source:Commonly found in the wild habitat just at the periphery of grazing grounds and road sides.
